Nocturnal Legacy Rules

1. NO DRAMA, be it personal drama or otherwise it is not to be posted in the FC chat on discord or FFXIV. No fighting in public chats. Keep it personal and private. If you have a problem with someone, you must confront them privately about it. It is not the FC’s place to intermediate between two adult players. Work it out or don’t.

2. ACT WITH RESPONSIBILITY. If you are friends with someone and want to rib them, by all means, but if you upset or offend someone take responsibility and apologize. Additionally when interacting with people outside of the FC, you represent us all. Act accordingly. Don’t be a bully. This extends to voice as well. Even if you do not think you are being rude, repeat complaints will lead to punishment.

3. CHAT & SPAM. Please no spamming in general chat.

4. NO OVERT NEGATIVITY. Do not unload your woes, weariness, and dark philosophical wonderings on the FC chat or public discord chat. We are friends, and we are here for you, but many come here for an escape. Not another reality check. Talk to people you know well, and keep it private.

5. Sensitive Topics: No talks of Politics, Religion, etc. It’s best to just avoid those topics to prevent arguments from arising. If you’d like to have a conversation about these topics to share opinions that is fine but do so in a private chat. Be mindful and respectful of others opinions, ideologies and theories.

6. ROLE-PLAY: RP is allowed within reason. However, please keep your ERP endeavors in a private chat. Whether it be in private DM and/or Tells... Please keep them to yourself so others don’t get uncomfortable.
